Dr. Crystie Peeler grew up in Irmo and attended Irmo High School.
Dr. Peeler did her undergraduate work at Western Carolina University and graduated from NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She has over 20 years of experience working in veterinary medicine in the Midlands.
Dr. Peeler, her husband, and her children share their home with three dogs, four cats, and a miniature donkey. She is currently working a part-time schedule filling in where needed in order to focus on homeschooling her daughter, Amber, in her final year of high school and supporting her son, Bradley, at Cross Country meets.
